Pat Tauchert is a 1979 graduate of Northwestern University School of Law.  She has extensive experience in representing banking interests, retail businesses and manufacturers after her work with the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, Sears and Square D/Schneider Electric. Pat has successfully negotiated multi-million dollar deals in the US, Canada, Europe and the Middle East. She has worked on bankruptcy issues throughout her career, frequently dealing with both supplier and customer default issues valued at well over a million dollars. Pat Tauchert is also experienced in government contract compliance requirements, including,  diversity, Buy America, ethics and pricing regulations.

Pat Tauchert is a published author and has testified in front of State legislative committees on pending legislation and regulations.  She is a contributing editor and author of the American Bar Association publication, Guide to Representing Religious Organizations.
